Biancolella grapes are used for the white wine and found exclusively on the Island of Ischia. Biancolella is a variety that thrives in the volcanic soil of the province. The wine has high alcoholic content and is harmonic with good body and deep, straw yellow color

Piedirosso, locally known as Pèr ‘e Palummo (Pigeon’s Foot) has been named for the red color that the stem turns when the grapes are ripe and is also found exclusively in the Campania region, where it has been cultivated for centuries. The wine produced from these grapes has good alcohol content, intense ruby red color, good tannins with a strong body and is fragrant to the palate. When aged, the wine acquire a pleasant violet perfume
